Stir-fry with tofu and peanut sauce

Ingredients
450 g (1 lb) tofu, cut into cube
Small broccoli, cut into florets
2 carrots, sliced finely diagonally
115 g (1/4 lb) shiitakes, chopped
NARE peanut sauce (choice)
Preparation
In a frying pan, boil vegetables over high heat for 4 minutes. Heat the oil or butter in a wok or saucepan and stir-fry tofu with pepper, curry and salt until tofu is golden.
Stirring, add the boiled vegetables and NARE sauce in the wok, and cook for 2 minutes or to desired doneness.
Stir-fry chiken with noodle and peanut sauce

Ingredients
8 oz noodle (250 g soba type)
½ lb (250 g) boneless chicken breast, sliced finely
5 oz (150g) shiitakes, chopped
3 bok choy bisected, sliced finely lengthwise
1 red bell peppers, sliced finely
NARE peanut sauce (choice)
Preparation
In a large frying pan on medium-high, cook noodle for 5-8 minutes or desired doneness. Drain and reserve.
Cook vegetables until they are tender. Reserve.
In the wok, heat the oil or butter and stir-fry chicken with red bell peppers and bok choy until chicken is no longer pink inside. Reserve.
Add NARE sauce with noodle, vegetables and chicken and cook for 2 minutes in stirring.
Asian chicken and vegetables stir-fry

Serves : 3-4 persons
Ingredients
454 g (1 lb) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in strips
60 ml ( 1/4 tasse) butter
250 ml ( 1 tasse) carrots, cut into juliennes
250 ml (1 tasse) snow peas, cut diagonally
250 ml ( 1 tasse) bean sprouts
1 onion, cut finely into wedges
NARE peanut sauce (choice)
Preparation
In a large frying pan on medium-high, heat 45ml of the butter. Add chicken and stir fry for 5 minutes or to desired doneness. Remove from pan and reserve.
In the same frying pan, heat 15ml of the butter. Add carrots, snow peas, bean sprouts and stir fry for 5 minutes or to desired doneness. In stirring, add chicken and NARE peanut sauce in the frying pan and cook for 2 minutes on medium-high. Serve with noodle or rice.
Stir-fry beef with vegetables and peanut sauce

450 g (1 lb) boneless sirloin beef, cut in strips
750 g vegetables (snow peas, carrots, red and yellow bell peppers).
NARE peanut sauce (choice)
Preparation
In a large frying pan on medium-high, heat the oil or butter. Add beef and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add vegetables and NARE peanut sauce and cook for 3 minutes or to desired doneness. Serve with rice.
